A good balanced diet

First of all always keep your rules pretty basic:

1) Three meals two snacks is an excellent rule of thumb

2) Remember to eat every 2.5 hours or 3 hours.

3) Always stay hydrated 60oz a day is a good rule of thumb, but height & weight should be taken into consideration per individual.

4) Vegetables should maintain a majority of your daily calorie intake. Learn about some super foods and maintain them in your diet when available. Meals will vary based on region and personal choices.

FACTS:

Drinking water has a variety of health benefits. Water detoxifies the body and hydrating yourself can help you get over sickness quicker. Water also raises your metabolism, the more water you drink the less water your body will retain over time.

These days it can be near impossible to maintain a healthy diet and our lives simultaneously. For these reasons it would be good to consider supplementing with vitamins and minerals. Seeking out a nutritionist in your area could help you get to the bottom of your bodies needs.

The key is always consistency.

Some key things to avoid:

*sugary drinks*

*fried foods*

*too much carbs, too much dairy, too much protein*
